Many events have marked this date. September 11 is full of anniversaries. 16 years ago there were terrorist attacks in the United States of America, whose echoes are still shaking humanity. I personally experienced the assault as a movie through the TV. I was terrified. The first purpose of the event had touched me. A few years later I began to learn about a more complicated and darker story behind the official version that wanted a group of Arabs with knives to have struck a blow to the most powerful force ever on the planet. But how did they do it? They simply did it because September 11, 2001 had to be done for a great many reasons and not just as a reason for the US to fight back to preserve their hegemony, which had already begun to be lost in the 1970s. Counter-attack took place in Iraq, Afghanistan and many other regions. The hegemony of America, however, was not feasible to sustain. Lost. Big events like September 11 have multi-level symbolism. What do twin towers mean and their demolition? What is the new building? How will it work? Most importantly, what do we, the inhabitants of this world, have to do with these constructions?
